The uniqueness of Milesnick Ranch is difficult to put in words. On the 1400 acres we have two world class trout spring creeks as well as The East Gallatin Rivers flowing through the property.
Thompson Spring Creek
1 mile of this creek flows through our place. Typical of true spring creeks, it is fed by ground water, so never changes significantly in velocity, depth or temperature. Since this creek empties into the East Gallatin it provides great spawning and protection for many brown and rainbow trout.
Benhart Spring Creek
The spring for this creek is on the south border of Milesnick Ranch property and meanders for 3 miles through grassy meadows before dumping into The East Gallatin River just past the NW boundary of our ranch. This creek has the same beauty of consistency of a spring creek. It also is very important to the spawning of fish from the river.
The East Gallatin River
The East Gallatin River is formed by many creeks south and east of Bozeman. It is definitely influenced by spring runoff and often runs high and off color during spring months. It provides good angling for brown and rainbow trout most of the year.
Access to both Benhart Creek and Thompson Creek and a portion of The East Gallatin river are only available by a private ranch road and is controlled by the fee reservation system of Milesnick Recreation.

- 50% deposit or credit card guarantee due at time of reservation. Deposit is refundable if cancellation is received at least 30 days in advance of reservation date. Call or email for reservations. Do not send credit card information via email.
